Can I live with myself? How can you if you don’t do the right thing? It is so easy to be a follower and do the wrong thing. It is SO DIFFICULT to be a leader and do the right thing!

This has got to be one of the most fascinating podcasts you’ve had, Charlie. Keep playing it over and over. We need the reset and reminders! Thank you!

Is a hopeful pessimist the same thing as an experienced optimist?

This was fabulous, I loved it. Have just bought the book, kindle addition. Ever tried sending a physical book to New Zealand? Don’t, the postage is twice the price of the book 😔

A big umbrella is important. Seeing what motivates others makes it clear this not a single issue.

The many, many organizers give repeated reminders that peaceful protest is more effective even if slow.

Seeing so many protests of all sizes and venues just enlarges the sense we are in this together, just not suffering in silence.

This is a great conversation to 'reality check' on yourself. Especially nowadays! Thoughts provoking. Kinda knocking on your head and ask yourself, "Is anyone's home?" I'm absolutely enjoying it.

Charlie - I would love to hear a conversation between you & Kristoffer Ealy…this article helped clarify a lot for me. Any chance you would have him on To The Contrary?
