What an abomination to corrupt Abraham Lincoln's legacy like that. That is a fucking disgraceful thing to do.

This is an excellent discussion & I, too, am guilty of shrugging it off as “Trump being Trump”, except he is the president & he has surrounded himself with sycophants, butt kissers, & money grabbers, any one of which could take an idea & run with it because the Republicans have proven themselves to be passive assistants- they hem& haw, but can’t find the words to speak the truth!

We are built on a rotten foundation. And until we fix the foundation, the edifice will collapse. And nobody wants to do the work.

We’re actually on an 80 year generational cycle, like clockwork, and this is the first time American democracy was defeated by an enemy. This time the enemy is domestic, which also makes sense. We’ve just begun the fourth 80 year cycle and what history says about how it goes from here is not hopeful. Understanding the generational patterns will likely be crucial for reclaiming America. Without that knowledge and guidance I’m not hopeful for the outcome, I’m sorry to say.

Representative Ritchie Torres (D-NY) was on Morning Joe this past week talking about Epstein issue.

He said the public record is damning and the Republicans are realizing there’s nobody in Washington who has CLOSER and LONGER TIES to Jeffrey Epstein than Donald Trump.

That Donald Trump himself came out in 2002 New York Magazine profile as the only public figure going on record to acknowledge Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual interest in young girls / women.

That Mar-a-Lago was one of the recruitment sites for Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking scheme.

He stated the most damning fact for him was Trump APPOINTED Alexander Acosta who gave a “sweetheart deal” in 2008 to Jeffrey Epstein and all co- conspirators HIS

Secretary of Labor which has jurisdiction over all human trafficking.

He pointed out there is nobody with less credibility about Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump.

We the people are tired and we the people have no fucking choice but to deal with it because our government won't do anything about it. The only thing we the people can do is start a fucking war and make this shit ass government do their fucking jobs. I am scared to death but the best I can do is protest? I want the war personally! At the rate we are going now…yeah I'm going to just get use to this shit or kill myself. Those will be my two choices. YOU…YOU…NEED TO DO SOMETHING AND YOU CANT FOLLOW THE LAW BECAUSE THEY ARENT! GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEADS because I already have.

The problem with Trump's Abraham Lincoln post is that Lincoln was an honest man. Trump is not. When he opens his mouth, he lies.

Secretary of Defense Hegseth is unfit to hold any public office. Hegseth’s crimes—sharing war plans to individuals not cleared to receive them—must receive the same indictment, arrest, prosecution, conviction, and prison sentence any other member of our armed forces would receive for the same crime.

Loved your talk with Adam Kinzinger. The capitulation of the Senate is so damn depressing. We are definitely at the (not factually accurate) part of the play where Caligula appoints his horse to the Senate.
