Like Adam, I have been swearing practically all the time now, which was not normal for me before Trump, but it just seems the only way to express what I’m experiencing! Given the current makeup of Congress I don’t know how we get Trump and Vance removed from office, but we must…. for treason. I agree Trump IS clearly compromised by Russia, and both are clearly (to me) wildly corrupt as well, using their offices for their own gain.

The Oval Office cluster fu** was, however, aired in full. QUESTION: We saw about a half hour of Fox--mostly clips of Laura and Jesse and the interview with President Zelensky. While the Oval Office video played in the background, it was soundless as the "news people" aired their grievances against Zelensky. Did they ever air the full video with sound? If not, one must wonder why.

On April 19, 1775, the American Revolution started at Lexington and Concord with the “shot heard round the world.” April 19, 2025, just 50 days from today, is the 250th anniversary of that momentous event. How powerfully symbolic it would be to see thousands of people marching against our self proclaimed “king.” Is there any plan for a day of protest? How can we make this happen?

For people who take comfort in the thought that the cowards in Congress can be voted out, I fear it will be too late. The government and the guardrails have been purged, Trump will ignore court decisions, and we may never see another free and fair election.

Odds of that were nil, odds of Trump ending the war in 2025, very low to nil, especially if you believe Putin wants Ukraine, the Baltic and Poland. What trump did is called GASLIGHTING. Ask women, they know about this. Trump now has a reason to discontinue any support for Ukraine. He thinks doing this on camera, so that he can use "disrespect" for the USA as an excuse, will protect him from his opponents. Putin asked for this. Putin owns trump and now Putin owns the USA.
I have about a dozen Ukrainian friends who left their dangerous, war-torn country to a place that every single one of them told me they cherished as the ultimate beacon of democracy and freedom. They have learned English, resettled with anything they could manage to acquire from newfound friends, got jobs, enrolled in schools and started to rebuild lives anew from the shattered remnants. Over the last month we have had numerous discussions about their fears as refugees with temporary status here, about the stunning results of the election, and the shock and abandonment they carry now that the Oval Office has brought us to a deplorable disgusting, deplorable low.
We had been learning about the US Constitution, but I am constantly finding myself saying: “well, it used to be this way.”
Instead, I am trying to offer hope that either a few Republicans who still have a conscience may help Congress impeach these bums or the Courts will indeed hold them accountable to the law. I realize these possibilities are so very slim.
So, yesterday, all I could do was tell each and every one of them that I am sorry, I stand with them and they are loved.
I’m waiting for strong, sane people to take action to turn us around now. What do we do? Someone tell me!
I listened intently to you discussion with Adam. I agree with both of you. Still there needs to be direction to the American people. I heard to often what do we do. My thought is 75 million voted for VP Kamala Harris. If you can motivate with your two platforms for each voter to give $100 each this would be $7.5 billion. There were 90 million that didn’t vote at all. There are people that voted for our current office holders that deeply regret their vote. There are federal employees that are threatened with dismissal. All of these people could give Ukraine over $10,000,000,000 yes billion. The 100 tons of gold that Russia sold was worth $9.26 billion, let’s beat them! We the People.
