I haven’t laughed this hard in months. I was actually able to stand back, unemotionally, and appreciate (how you eloquently painted) the complete lunacy that it is. Too bad it’s also painful. “Of Musk and Morons” is a keeper.
need a discussion for the value of having a sovereign wealth fund to protect the public from political destruction just another way in the revolution often run by sociopathy leadership high risk takers welcome to America
Trump and his sycophants are prophetic examples of the philosopher of our time, Forrest Gump, “Stupid is as stupid does.”
Those that voted for and those that voted against Trump are on the deck of the Titanic with a captain that thinks his boat is stronger than the iceberg.
This is a time for both sides to unite in a common cause, get rid of dark money, the legalized bribery and also bring back accountability to those that break the law, including politicians and the wealthy.
If you listen to Trump you would think that countries are sending goods and forcing Americans to buy them. He seems too dumb to understand that everything shipped in from another country has been ordered by an American company. He also can't seem to grasp that we live in a global economy and we're not going back to the 1950's. Right or wrong that's where we are today. No corp in their right mind will build because his tariffs are so large the cost of materials make construction out of reach. If built they would be full of robots and not people. His nonsense has already taken a huge portion of my retirement funds that at my age will never be recovered.
no never wish anyone to die the 25th amendment i think that would remove him but unless Americans understand the danger he presents he becomes a victim
This Congress must act to invoke the 25th amendment and President Trump would never submit to a psychological/psychiatric evaluation. It is better if he dies a natural death like most of us.
The only economic certainty of the Trump administration is that he will get richer.
He has valuable inside information, power to move markets with his words, no effective ethical, legal, or political constraints on his business activities, control of the regulatory and oversight bureaucracy, the means to launder and offshore money through cryptocurrency, authority to award huge contracts, and a bottomless supply of fantastically wealthy governments, corporations, and individuals at home and abroad who are desperate to influence him. Yes, he will come out richer.
Add to the list of morons…Merrick Garland whose inability to do his job by failing to timely investigate Trump and chose Florida to pursue the classified documents case allowed Trump to run for president instead of rotting in a cell.
You know what my friends; I've finally figured out what the derogatory usage of the cfg's and the extremist right's "Woke" actually means in reality. It actually means "conscience." It's a fumble of language and intent. "It" and they despise souls who actually have "conscience, truth, trust, and honor." The serially sociopathic and narcissistic do not possess those qualities and despise, mock, and destroy people, institutions and principles they don't possess nor believe in. "They" don't possess it and doubt and despise those that do. "I" am most proud to be 'woke.' How about you ?
I totally agree. That theory also resonates and is consistent with the whole "the sin of compassion" thing. When my Christian friend passed along a talk about this subject...I was literally thinking...."Wow...isn't the devil clever to make you think that showing compassion is a sin?" Further...if you think about it...the devil is so clever that now Christians are actually judging other Christians for showing compassion.
Interesting article. Trump's constantly doing both virtue and vice-signaling. There's not been many human beings out there who make it so clear what their motivations are for doing stuff as Trump. He only cares for himself...clearly.
Perhaps it's time to jettison away from the Insanity of The Orangutan and his Psychosis...as he ISN'T Planning to Change THE WORLD FOR THE BETTER...or THE WORLD WE SEEK...he's comes from a Very Dark Place in Humanity...so I suggest we lift a few CD's or LP's from our collections...and the iTunes from the younger generation...to sit back and listen to the lyrics of our favourite artists...that provide the clarity and vision we seek.
For me...I have a few that I favour...given that I'm now 72 but still feel young in spirit and soul...and very close to the feeling I had when I was 16 and missed joining my friends who went to Max Yasgar's Farm in Bethel NY...to witness the Woodstock Music Festival.
So here are a few tunes that I draw upon for lifting my spirit...Buffalo Springfield 1968 'For What It's Worth' [Stop Children What's That Sound-Everyone Looks What's Going On]...CSN&Young-Deja Vue -1970- 'Woodstock' [Got To get Ourselves Back To The Garden] + 'Almost Cut My Hair'...Annie Lennox - Diva- 1992 'Money Can't Buy It'...Eddie Vedder- Into The Wild - Hard Sun -2007 and Joe Bonamassa - Tour de Force- Live from Albert Hall, London UK - 'Dust Bowl' [Indecision...Lifting me up to Just Tear Me Down' .
'Dust Bowl' is what's going to happen to Middle America if we don't get the Orangutan out of Office...so Farmers have your Pitchforks at the Ready...to drive this Sociopath out of Town!!

I keep hoping all this is a very bad dream. 😣

Thank goodness for your sane reaction to things. Nice change from a lot of the commentators/media.
Love the pup photos as always!

It is sickening.

Trump’s a nut.
Skritches! Have a great swim, Eli!

Garland may not be a moron but certainly the job of Attorney General was too much for him to handle.
I'll bet Karen Leavitt was a "mean girl" in highschool.

Wow...that's really sad!
Please read this. https://markpshea.com/2025/04/08/virtue-signaling-and-vice-signaling-in-the-age-of-maga/#respond
Best explanation of what's going on in MAGA world and its warped religious overtones.
P.S. He's quoting from C.S. Lewis "Screwtape Letters".

Thank you…damn it’s awful hard to read about this regime and the players, but we have to keep putting it out there as you do.
Just hanging onto hope that enough of the republicans wake the fuck up and that 2026 we will flip the house and gain senate seats.

Man, calling these people dumber than a box of rocks is unfair to encased geological samples everywhere.
