Ok, I’m pretty stupid in my full understanding in this area obviously because I always thought of Jewish people as being white. Yes from a different ethnic background that is classified as a minority but still considered white. Jewish descent is a religion that is tied to a very old culture that has roots in the Middle East but I would think if in South Africa being scanned using a skin color swatch they would easily be considered white. This really confused me because I can’t tell when I meet a person of Jewish descent casually that they are Jewish. Didn’t many hide as Christians to escape Germany and migrated to the US? If blonde is the standard then even Hitler should have been taken out for not being pure enough. Obviously he should have been taken out for his actions but if we are just guessing by appearance, I just don’t see it.

Trump is completely amoral.. If someone, Anyone i.e., "likes" him and showers him with praise and gifts he doesn't care if they murdered thousands of innocents. Thus his embrace of Nazis who are now embedded throughout his administartion. Good luck to this country.

Hi Charlie - Once again, the doggies have saved the day.

Got say this but a lot of fucking Americans are incredibly stupid, ignorant, and the thesaurus ran out words.

Do they think the death camps were part of the back lot at the Hollywood studios?

Pictures, stories, eye witness accounts? Made up? We know the earth is round but these people are unable to see or even imagine what is on the other side. Too easy to watch and talk shit without knowing the truth. Man in the moon, anyone?

I was not there but trust that the history I have learned is correct. The MAGApublicans are whitewashing history so that their white christian narrative matches their preferred written words, not reality.

If this continues, I think we're in danger of antisemitic pogroms and concentration camps. The rhetoric is getting more strident and hateful all the time.

How can Trump reconcile himself to having a Jewish son-in-law (Kushner) and Ivanka who became a Jew by choice? FYI: Jews don't actively convert people, Those wishing to become Jews take a course of study and become after a conversion ceremony a "Jew by Choice."

This revenge tour that is going on is serious.

This Middle East “ corruption tour” shoring up friends that have never been friends of the USA is extremely troubling, especially Saudi Arabia who has been long connected to 9/11 attack. Right along with the murder and dismemberment of the Washington Post journalist.

I had to turn my TV off yesterday. I could not watch another minute.

The Takeaway is Trump and his people do nothing but projection .

They accuse people of things that they themselves have done.

Question is how do we disentangle ourselves from this twisted mess?

Trump's Sleight of Hand Before the Supreme Court

Simply stated, Trump’s DOJ lawyer is arguing before the Supreme Court that a federal judge's authority stops at the physical boundary of his or her district and cannot bind the Trump administration in any other district within the United States.

A decision that a federal judge's order could not extend beyond the boundaries of his or her district could have catastrophic consequences, especially during Donald Trump's tenure in which abuses run rampant in his cascades of executive orders that choke our Constitutional rights

Here is a hypothetical should the Supreme Court side with Trump’s lawyer: If Trump issued an executive order requiring ICE agents or US marshals to seize all suspected illegal immigrants and ship them directly to a Libyan prison without any judicial intervention, and authorize them to use deadly force if necessary upon resistance, it would enable Trump's goons to ship as many people as possible throughout the U.S. to Libya, other than the ones living in the federal district where the Federal District Judge issued a restraining order.

And Trump could implement and expedite this as quickly as possible in each and every district in the country before complainants have the opportunity to seek judicial intervention.

This is not speculation. This is a sleight of hand. This is a ruse to confine the enforcement of Constitutional rights to limited jurisdictions while Trump and his thugs run rampant throughout the U.S. This is precisely the argument that Trump's Solicitor General is making before the Supreme Court. It's a trick to confine the enforcement of Constitutional rights to a handful of federal districts while Trump's storm troopers violate the rights of all others throughout the country.

And if Trump wins on this issue, Heaven help us on how far and how fast Trump will expand his Gestapo-like tactics throughout the U.S. before a judge in each individual federal district throughout the U.S. will have the right and opportunity to rule on it, though it would only apply to those within his or her district.

Every Executive Order issued by and every gutless minion in our current Maladministration and their catechists in our Congress is dedicated to Evil.

Who could have foreseen that the nation and Constitution to which we gave our Oath and served so honorably in our youth would be so willingly led to self destruction by an Oath-Breaking SoB who adopted the modern version of Mein Kampf - Project 2025 - as his blueprint?

Between 1928 and 1933, every non-Nazi political and social element in Germany recognized the threat to their government and society presented by the National Socialist Party. Those non-Nazi groups, however, narrowed the scope of their resistances to their own political credo and did not work together in opposition to Hitler et al. Some hid their eyes and stilled their voices hoping to avoid personal retribution.

I see the same puny and ineffective "resistance" here in our nation today. For instance, pundits claiming that the voters will never vote for AOC. Who's asking the voters to vote for AOC? Attempting to put down her voice, allied with that of Sanders, disregards the appeal these two have with blue- and white-collar U.S. citizens across red and blue states and, I feel, best represents not a resistance, but our Opposition to the Nazism being implemented by Project 2025 and the Maladministration of The Oath-Breaking SoB.

Their voices could and should be joined by many others in our federal, state, and local legislatures NOW. People can worry about candidacies when candidates emerge for elections in 2026 and 2028.

So what? I cite their clear voices of Opposition. Extrapolating that to imply an endorsement of a candidate for office, especially when neither cited individual is a candidate for office, is a stretch.

But, that's no concern of mine, either.

Thanks for reading my comment, shipmate.

There isn't any mention in my comment or subsequent responses to anyone's Congressional voting record. Why not?

In the context of my comment, voting records don't matter. What matters is my analysis of the strength and popularity of the messages promoted by Sanders & AOC in their Anti-Oligarch tour.

If these are your prime concern, fine. Promote you concerns loudly and effectively on your own.
