The courts may be trying to smack Congress upside the head to remind it of its responsibilities while simultaneously rapping Trump on the knuckles to remind him of the legal limits of his power, but the efficacy of their efforts depends on two things: Congress actually taking up the mantle of responsibility and starting to do their damn jobs, and Trump actually obeying court orders, especially while he's appealing a ruling he doesn't like to the Supreme Court.

I heard your podcast with Ron Fournier and had to turn it off before the end. I'm not even a Dem but got so turned off by the constant Dem-bashing. All I gained is the knowledge that he hates the Dems. So he either voted for Trump or didn't vote at all (which equates to a vote for Trump). Please do better Charlie on your guests.

Marco Rubio‘s father/parents came from Cuba for the American dream which he has lived. I do believe his father would be rolling in his grave watching his son help violate the constitution of the United States that he desperately sought refuge in for his family to have a better life. She was on with Judge Luttig who is a national treasure standing up for a constitution and stating what is going on illegally and unconstitutionally. They were talking about how the hateful rhetoric coming from Trump and his cohorts verbally and in postings to try to destroy the judicial branch and discredit these judges that are doing their jobs is so dangerous and outrageous putting many people in danger.
You hear from the mouth of that young woman press secretary, and from Steven Miller and Steven Bannon, declaring judges are illegal , activist judges, calling to remove an impeach judges and trying to create anger and violence against them when they do not like the ruling. Just to destroy our judicial system, causing Americans not to have faith in it.
These people are not attorneys. They do not have a law degree.
They are doing their jobs and they are following the constitution in the rule of law.
And the fire hose of hatred and gaslighting and misinformation horrible violent rhetoric continues.

I just returned from Twillingate, Newfoundland to capture the Icebergs floating down from The massive Greenland Glacier with my camera in hand to essentially clear my mind and recharge my batteries from of all the Political unrest on the Planet right now...most if not all imposed by the Trump Administration...given that America is being guided by an Imposter and False Profit. He has led the Electorate through both deceit and countless lies the ability to hold Power and Governance over the USofA. The Governance part is his mandated Job Description under The Constitution...however we all know so clearly now he's not governing anything. He's displayed no governance for the benefit of the American People...those that have entrusted him to do just that to GOVERN such that America could be so called 'Great Again'. The only thing that's actually great again are the financial assets gained by himself and his vested Family, together with his Broligarchs and unquestionably all those that tow the line including those spineless Republicans and his Sycophant Department Heads.
Having just seen Adam Schiff's dissertation on the 'Trumps 10 Most Corrupt Acts'...it spurs me to think beyond these illegal practices...and consider ONE VERY DIRE CONSEQUENCE FOR THE TRUMP FAMILY...and it will happen when Trump is no longer in Power...whether voted out of office in Two Years or better...being Impeached by the Supreme Court for failing to GOVERN THE NATION as prescribed by the CONSTITUTION.
Before he's been turfed from Power...his assets will need to be FROZEN IMMEDIATELY...in order to pay for the Tsunami of Law Suits coming his way from all those Oligarchs and Countries that hoped to gain Advantage from his being in Power. When he can't deliver on his HALF OF THE BIG BRIBE...including the Tariff Scam, the Law Firm Scam, The Harvard Scam and everything in between...all hell will break loose...particularly when the Saudi Government, The Qatari Government, Vietnam and Lesotho wants their pound of flesh back. The same will happen with the Oligarchs who have paid countless millions for his Dinners, his Meme Coins, his Crypto Currency and then there's the Corporations like Tesla/Starlink, Amazon, Apple etc...who will want retribution and renumeration when Trump can't deliver for them..
It's a fine web Trump has spun...and he and his family will ultimately be caught in the same web they've spun. There won't be any Hotels, Golf Resorts or Rivieras built for the Trump Family...because Foreign Governments will freeze all development and construction...as they no longer have access to the Strings of US Power.
As for the Administration, Secretary Heads and the Spinless Republican Congress they'll be running for the hills to escape prosecution for not delivering the service they swore to uphold.
The END IS NEAR for this Administration...so America needs to Freeze Their Assets now before it all leaks offshore.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit just stayed the lower court order that the IEEPA tariffs were illegal and is allowing them to remain in effect while the court decides the government’s appeal. This will ultimately go to the USSC, so at some point we will see whether Trump is crowned King of the World by the highest court in the land. In the meantime, I personally hope that all the other countries immediately stop all trade negotiations with the US, and tell Trump to stuff it until such time as these tariffs are definitively ruled on, one way or the other. They need to treat Trump like the temper tantrum toddler that he is, and refuse to deal with him. Just let him scream into the wind and ignore him.
